About Us

Pacifico Day Spa is a peaceful relaxing atmosphere located in Forest Acres. We offer an array of spa services and treatments, ranging from Hair, Nails, Waxing, and Massages.

Appointments

We prefer that you schedule an appointment in advance to get a time suitable for your busy schedule. However we do except walk-ins based upon availibilty.

Arrival Time

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out any necessary paper work. Any client arriving more than 15 minutes late maybe ask to reschedule.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are avaiable for services and products, in any dollar amount. We can customize gift packages based on your individual needs.

Gratuities

Gratuities are always appreciated and are paid at the discretion of the client. Gratuties are not included in the cost of spa services. However, there will be a 10% gratuity for parties of 4 or more.

Spa Parties

All spa parties including four or more people require a $175.00 deposit and will be charged a 15% gratuity.  Catering is available upon request.

Health Problems

For your protection please notifiy your technician of any health or medical conditions you may have, including pregnancy.

Personal Property

We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged property. Please keep all your valuables with you during your appointment.

Children

We strive to provide a peaceful relaxing atmosphere for our guest. We ask that you only bring your child/ren when they have services scheduled.

Methods of Payments

For your convenience we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash and checks. However a $30.00 dollar fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Specials

All clients will be notified  of salon specials by mail or e-mail. Please take a few moments to sign our guest book.

We reserve the right to refuse any service. All prices and services are subject to change without notice.
